The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ("Commonwealth") appeals from an order entered on September 25, 2008 in which the trial court granted, in part, a motion to suppress filed by Kevin Liddie ("Liddie"). Relevant to the Commonwealth's challenge on appeal, the trial court suppressed cocaine seized by police from Liddie's vehicle.
