Joseph Pilchesky appeals from the August 3, 2010, order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County (trial court), which granted the preliminary objections of Robert Mellow, as Senator and Individual, Diane Mellow and Brad, Inc., (together, Objectors) challenging Pilchesky's standing to sue Objectors for violating the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act (Ethics Act).
