Appellant Francis Patrick Lagenella, Jr., (hereinafter "Appellant"), appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County on January 11, 2010, at which time he was sentenced to an aggregate term of three (3) years to ten (10) years in prison after he was convicted of Theft by receiving stolen property1 and two counts of Persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell...
