Marcus Brown ("Brown") appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on June 6, 2008 following his conviction of robbery, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3701(a)(1)(ii), aggravated assault of a police officer, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 2702(a)(3), and possession of an instrument of crime ("PIC"), 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 907(a).
