Appellant Lexon Insurance Company (Lexon) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (trial court). The trial court granted, in part, Hatfield Township's (Township) petition for a preliminary injunction, directing Lexon to pay the Township monetary proceeds from a surety bond.
