Appellant, Richard M. Levan, executor of the estate of Regina Levan, deceased, appeals from the judgment entered on March 1, 2010, in favor of Appellees, Wayne and Maricar Knowles. On appeal, Appellant challenges the admissibility of evidence relating to the deceased's consumption of drugs and alcohol prior to an auto accident where the deceased's negligence was conceded and the trial was on damages alone.
