This matter is before the Court on Sharon Reeser's appeal1 from the order entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on September 29, 2008, granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee Spotts, Stevens & McCoy, Inc ("SSM"). We affirm.
