In this case, we review a trial court's termination of a common law arbitration proceeding after the arbitrator has entered "findings" which do not resolve all outstanding issues between the parties. Following our review, we conclude the arbitrator's interim "findings" in this case do not constitute an award within the meaning of Section 7341 of our Commonwealth's Uniform Arbitration Act,
