Appellant, Robert Kerry Kalmbach, appeals the decree entered on September 3, 2010, in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County Orphans' Court, which declared his claims against the estate of Nancy D. Snyder (decedent) barred by the 20-year statute of limitations set forth in 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 5529. Upon review, we affirm.
