Jeffrey Michael Borrin ("Appellant") appeals from the trial judge's order modifying the terms of a prior sentencing order. This Court, sitting en banc, is asked to determine whether the trial judge had the inherent authority to change the terms of the original sentencing order to purportedly correct a clerical error.
