OPINION BY FREEDBERG, J.:

Lee C. Harrell (Father) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, entered December 28, 2009, that dismissed the custody action he filed against Amanda Jane Pecynski (Mother). We affirm.

Mother and Father were never married and never cohabited. They are parents of a son who lived with Mother and had occasional contact with Father until Mother decided to move to Tennessee shortly after the child's fourth birthday...
