OPINION BY OLSON, J.:
Appellant, Eric Raul Muniz, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on April 28, 2009, sentencing him to incarceration for convictions of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
