This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence imposed upon appellant, Dante Robinson, after he was convicted in a jury trial of attempted murder, aggravated assault, robbery, criminal conspiracy, carrying a firearm on the street in Philadelphia, and possessing an instrument of crime ("PIC").
