OPINION BY Judge McGINLEY.

Gerald Martin (Martin) petitions for review of the order of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation (Department) which denied Martin's exceptions to the proposed report of the Department Hearing Officer and finalized a proposed order that denied Martin's request for additional administrative credit towards a five-year revocation of his operating privilege pursuant to the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa.C.S. § 1542
