This appeal concerns whether the Superior Court erred by reversing the trial court's order, which denied the Commonwealth's petition to certify E.F. for trial as an adult. We hold that the Superior Court applied an incorrect standard of appellate review when it disturbed the trial court's ruling absent an abuse of discretion.
