OPINION BY OLSON, J.:

¶ 1 In this class action case, Appellant Brenda Jones1 appeals from the order entered on October 17, 2008, granting preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer filed by Appellee Nationwide Property and Casualty Insurance Company (Nationwide). We affirm.
