¶ 1 Lenora Rodriquez (Appellant) appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed following a stipulated non-jury trial in which she was found guilty of one count each of retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.1 On appeal, Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence with respect to the retail theft conviction.
