¶ 1 Appellant, Nicholas Murphy ("Father"), appeals from the order entered in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, which upheld its June 12, 2008 order directing Father to pay spousal and child support to Eveann Murphy ("Mother"), upon finding that Father had received sufficient notice of the court's June 12, 2008 rescheduled support hearing.
