OPINION BY MUSMANNO, J.:

¶ 1 Thomas John Moore ("Moore") appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed following his convictions of two counts of accidents involving death or personal injury. See 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3742(a). We affirm.
