Michael M. Lench and Thomas P. Lench (together, Appellants) appeal from the June 12, 2008, order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) that affirmed the decision of the City of Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) denying Appellants' application for a special exception and related variances to expand an existing nonconforming use. We affirm.
