Susan Pickford (Pickford) petitions the Court for review of the order of the Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) granting a motion of the Pennsylvania American Water Company (Water Company) to dismiss Pickford's appeals of the construction and operation permits for water treatment facilities issued to the Water Company by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
