The Bullen Companies (Employer) seek review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) awarding total disability benefits to Michael Hausmann (Claimant). Employer questions whether the WCJ erred in finding that Claimant satisfied the requirements of Section 311 of the Workers' Compensation Act (Act), Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended,
