OPINION BY DONOHUE, J.:

¶ 1 James P. Cannon, III ("Cannon") appeals from the judgment of sentence of 29 to 59 months of imprisonment followed by 12 years of probation. Upon review, we affirm.

¶ 2 On February 17, 2006, Cannon entered an open guilty plea to twenty-five counts of possession of child pornography,1 two counts of solicitation to prostitution,2
