¶ 1 This appeal and cross-appeal followed the trial court's determination that Michael Bupp ("Seller") breached a real estate sales agreement and its pretrial ruling that limited the amount of damages recoverable by James Quinn ("Buyer"). We affirm the trial court's conclusion that Buyer is entitled to specific performance of the agreement, but we reverse in part its decision to restrict the amount...
