The trial court ruled on summary judgment that a 1959 deed did not grant plaintiffs an easement over defendants' property and entered a judgment to that effect. On appeal, we conclude that the deed, read as a whole, unambiguously grants plaintiffs an easement but does not specify precisely where over defendants' property the easement...
