The juvenile code provides a maximum amount of time that a youth can be committed to the custody of the Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) for each type of offense that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a crime. ORS 419C.501. However, the code does not explicitly address how multiple adjudications affect the calculation of that period...
