Defendant pleaded guilty and was convicted of second-degree criminal trespass, ORS 164.245, a Class C misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 12 months of bench probation and notified that sentencing would be left open for 90 days for the state to seek restitution. Thereafter, the court attempted to hold the restitution hearing many times...
