This case, in which we affirmed defendant's first-degree theft conviction without opinion, State v. Acosta, 310 Or.App. 868, 484 P.3d 1083 (2021), is on remand for reconsideration in light of State v. Shedrick, 370 Or. 255, 518 P.3d 559 (2022). We reverse and remand defendant's conviction.
