Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for two counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. ORS 166.270(2). He assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained during an inventory of a backpack that he was wearing when taken into custody on a civil detox hold.
