Youth was adjudicated delinquent in relation to two counts of attempted first-degree sodomy, and the juvenile court ordered him to serve probation. As the end of his probationary term approached, youth requested to be relieved of the obligation to report as a sex offender, pursuant to ORS 163A.030.1
