This appeal is about the cost of caring for a herd of nearly 200 neglected alpacas. Defendant was convicted of one count of felony first-degree animal neglect, ORS 167.330; one count of felony second-degree animal neglect, ORS 167.325; and 15 counts of misdemeanor first-degree animal neglect, ORS 167.330.1
