PER CURIAM

Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction for improper use of an emergency communications system, ORS 165.570.1 On appeal, defendant argues that the trial court erred in excluding expert witness testimony. The state concedes that the trial court erred and that the case should be reversed and remanded for further proceedings. We agree and accept the state's concession.
