This appeal comes to us on remand from the Supreme Court. In our initial opinion, we reversed and remanded defendant's convictions based on defendant's first assignment of error. We concluded that defendant's employees were acting on behalf of the state when they took a pair of defendant's nine-year-old daughter's underwear...
