Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for hindering prosecution, ORS 162.325. Defendant was indicted under ORS 162.325(1)(a) for "harbor[ing] or conceal[ing]" his son, who had escaped from an Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) facility. The trial court instructed the jury that it could find defendant guilty of hindering prosecution if defendant did any of the acts described in ORS 162.325(1)(a) to (f).
