Petitioner, a former teacher, seeks judicial review of an order of the Teacher Standards & Practices Commission (TSPC), revoking for one year his privilege to reapply for a teaching license.1 In his first three assignments of error, petitioner contends that the commission's order is not supported by substantial evidence primarily because the commission relied on hearsay.
