Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427, and six counts of sodomy in the first degree, ORS 163.405. In a prior appeal, we vacated defendant's earlier judgment of conviction in light of State v. Southard, 347 Or. 127, 218 P.3d 104 (2009), and remanded the case to the trial court.
