This case is before us for the third time, on remand from the Oregon Supreme Court. In our initial opinion, issued per curiam, we reversed and remanded defendant's conviction for failure to register as a sex offender on the ground that the trial court should have granted defendant's motion to suppress, based on our decision in State v. Anderson, 231 Or.App. 198, 217 P.3d 1133
