After a contested case hearing, the Oregon Medical Board issued a final order revoking petitioner's license to practice medicine and awarding costs based on its conclusion that his treatment of nine patients constituted unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, gross or repeated negligence, or a willful violation of prior board orders.
