Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for unlawful possession of methamphetamine (Count 2) and unauthorized use of a vehicle (UUV) (Count 3).1 The latter conviction was based on defendant's theft of a Chevrolet Avalanche from Coos Bay Toyota.
