Husband appeals a general judgment of dissolution awarding spousal support, an order of contempt for violating that general judgment by not paying spousal support, and a supplemental judgment awarding attorney fees. We write to address husband's first assignment of error, that the trial court's transitional spousal support award was based on a finding of his earning capacity that the record does not support.
