ORS 137.225(1) generally describes the circumstances under which individuals who were convicted of certain specified crimes and who have "fully complied with and performed" their sentences may apply to have their convictions set aside. Under subsection (6) of that statute, a person who otherwise would qualify to have his or her conviction set aside is ineligible for that relief if, "within the 10-year period immediately preceding the filing of the motion...
