This petition for judicial review comes to us following an Employment Appeals Board (board) decision to deny claimant unemployment benefits. Claimant contends that the board erred by adopting an administrative law judge's (ALJ) order that concluded that claimant did not have "good cause" for voluntarily resigning her position, despite the fact that employer was going to discharge claimant the following day.
