Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of one count of sodomy in the first degree, ORS 163.405, and two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427. On appeal, he raises four assignments of error, the last of which we reject without discussion. Defendant first assigns error to the trial court's admission of certain hearsay statements made by the victim, arguing that the state's notice of its intent to offer those statements was insufficient...
