Claimant seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board, challenging the board's conclusion that respondent SAIF Corporation correctly calculated his earnings for purposes of determining temporary disability compensation. Claimant also challenges the board's conclusion that he is not entitled to a penalty and attorney fees based on SAIF's refusal to award a greater amount of disability compensation.
