Petitioner appeals from a judgment denying his petition for post-conviction relief. Petitioner first asserts that the post-conviction court abused its discretion in resolving his request for appointment of new counsel on the day of trial. We reject that argument without discussion. Petitioner also asserts that the judgment denying post-conviction relief does not comply with ORS 138.640(1) because it does not make the findings required by that statute...
