Petitioners SAIF Corporation (SAIF) and McIntyre Construction-Fuller Cabinets (McIntyre)1 seek judicial review of a final order of the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services (director). In that order, the director concluded that SAIF had improperly terminated claimant's eligibility for vocational assistance, finding that SAIF had not obtained "new information" indicating that claimant was no longer eligible...
