Petitioner, RJ Enterprises LLC, seeks review of a final order of the director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) that upheld audit billings for workers' compensation premiums for January 13, 2006 to February 1, 2007, and February 1, 2007 to February 1, 2008.
