After a jury trial, defendant was convicted of 12 counts of first-degree sexual abuse, ORS 163.427, two counts of first-degree sodomy, ORS 163.405, one count of second-degree sodomy, ORS 163.395, and two counts of attempted first-degree sodomy, ORS 161.405. He appeals the judgment of conviction, raising two assignments of error.
