Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendant that the trial court entered after granting defendant's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's claims of breach of contract and professional negligence. On appeal, plaintiff asserts that there are genuine issues of material fact that preclude summary judgment. We disagree.
