In this juvenile dependency case, mother appeals from a judgment after a permanency hearing changing the permanency plan from "another planned permanent living arrangement" (APPLA) to adoption pursuant to ORS 419B.476(5)(d) and rejecting her request to change the permanency plan from APPLA to reunification.
